Grizzly vibrating feeders for recycling units, AVS-R series

The series AVS-R feeders are used to feed recycling machines for demolition waste material as well as primary machines where materials are mixed, i.e., combining large sizes with fine material. These feeders ensure best performance with dry or not too wet materials.
They essentially consist of a metal casing, with a first part that is closed using thick, bolted and replaceable wear plates, and a final part composed of impact bars to allow the material to be pre-screened preventing the fine material from entering the crushing machine placed downstream. This helps prevent the problem of clogging and overfeeding. The vibrating casing is placed on helical springs. The oscillations are generated by two eccentric weight vibrators located on the sides of the casing. The intensity of the oscillations can be adjusted according to the desired flow rate.
