Vibrating grizzly screens, VVG series

Vibrating grizzly screens, VVG series, are extremely sturdy machines used for pre-screening. They are usually positioned in a primary unit, between the feeding machine and the crushing machine. They are particularly suitable for processing alluvial material. They mainly consist of a deck-holding body suspended on helical springs, a top deck with anti-wear steel bars, a central shaft protection guard, a mesh tensioning system with a metal rod, a shaft in steel alloy, grease lubricated bearings protected by a set of labyrinth flanges, adjustable eccentric weights for output variation, bolted rear panels to check the vibrating decks and small hoppers bolted onto the front part of the machine.
