Fast reversible impact mills, MTH series
Reversible impact mills, series MTH, are tertiary reversible machines, suitable for crushing very hard abrasive materials and for recycling excess gravel (this type of machines can recycle 4-8 mm gravel, which can cause many stock-piling problems in various crushing plants). They are designed to produce a high percentage of sand with the shape coefficient (polyhedral) required to obtain the mechanical properties of crushed sand. These machines are equipped with an open type impeller, mounted on grease lubricated bearings that are protected by a series of labyrinth flanges. The hammers are in chromium alloy and are fixed using a simple lock mechanism, which allows them to be replaced quickly. Protection plates, internal armours made of chromium alloy plates fixed by means of a practical wedge locking system complete the equipment.
