Primary grizzly vibrating feeders Series AVS
Series AVS grizzly vibrating feeders are machines used for feeding and pre-screening and are normally positioned in a primary unit. They are particularly suitable in the presence of partly dirty, dry material to be pre-screened. They mainly consist of a vibrating casing with a first covered section lined with anti-wear steel armours and a grizzly section equipped with pre-screening bars in the final part. The vibration system is driven by means of a double rotating shaft with counterweights. Shaft synchronisation is achieved by means of a toothed wheel. Bearings with supports protected by labyrinth flanges and a sealed compartment for oil lubrication complete the equipment. To adjust the capacity, it is recommended to couple a frequency converter to the electric command and control board.
