Primary jaw crushers are extremely sturdy machines, suitable for crushing hard and abrasive aggregate materials. They consist of a body made of extra-thick electrowelded steel plates, an oversized mobile jaw-holder, an eccentric shaft in steel alloy, heavy-duty multi-direction radial ball bearings, high inertia flywheels, a crushing chamber with jaws and side armours in manganese steel. A protection plate in cast iron with replaceable bearings completes the equipment. A side opening to visually check the wear condition of the protection plate is also included.
