Vibrating chutes, CV series

The CV series vibrating chutes are placed on the hoppers for regulated feeding or for the extraction of products that are difficult to extract, as such eliminating any interruption or irregularity of flow. The amplitude and frequency of the oscillations generated by the vibrators are chosen within a range of values that can satisfy the mechanical requirements of the products to be treated. By varying the amplitude and the frequency of the oscillations, the speed of advancement of the product changes. In this way it is possible to adapt the flow rates to different needs. Their robustness and suspension system prevent the vibrations from being transmitted to the external structure, hence ensuring maximum operational reliability, even for the toughest conditions. The part of the chute where the material flows is protected by interchangeable armour plates. The vibrating chutes come in different sizes and can be adapted according to the different uses.
