Vibrating screens, series V, are constrained vibration type machines with a special feature in that the vibration of the deck-holding body is fixed and invariable, regardless of the quantity of material being fed and which is due to the eccentric shaft. They are ideal whenever a precise classification is required, in dry or with washing process. They are mainly composed of a deck-holder body suspended on helical springs, a central protection guard for the shaft, a mesh tensioning system with a metallic rod, a shaft in steel alloy, grease lubricated bearings (the machine is equipped with 4 bearings, 2 of which being fitted on the deck-holding body and 2 mounted on supports fixed onto the frame) protected by a set of labyrinth flanges, eccentric flywheels, a rear feeding chute, rear bolted panels to check the vibrating decks and small hoppers bolted on the front part of the machine for material discharge.
